Drive9 Booking Deposit Policy

To secure your installation booking, Drive9 requires a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking confirmation.

The deposit allows us to:

  • Reserve your installation slot

  • Allocate workshop or mobile fitting time

  • Order and prepare vehicle-specific parts and equipment

  • Prevent last-minute cancellations and non-attendance

This deposit forms part of the total balance and is deducted from your final payment on the day of installation.

As many of our products are vehicle-specific and installation slots are limited, the deposit helps ensure a fair agreement between both Drive9 and the customer.

In the event of sufficient notice being provided, bookings may be rearranged subject to availability.

By placing a deposit, the customer agrees to the booking terms and confirms commitment to the scheduled installation appointment.
